For anyone unsure what to even ask about

From talk
to build

AI adoption, SEO, landing pages, paid ads, LINE funnels, workflow automation.
This page is for anyone who wants to sort it out together, starting from the point where you do not yet know what to ask for.

Plenty of people can use AI now. But few can look at SEO, landing pages, ads and day-to-day operations at the same desk and carry it straight through to implementation. This page shows why it is worth one conversation with me, through both the work and the story behind it.

SEO re-growth
PV 1.6x

Recovered from the low point of a traffic decline. Lead volume rose roughly 20% month over month.

New media launch
Traffic 10x

Grew an owned media site built from zero to roughly ten times its starting scale in six months.

AI implementation
8 Agents

Multi-agent orchestration, custom Gems, automated reporting. I build AI into the work, not just demo it.

I turned the usual worries
into a manga

You want to move on acquisition, AI and funnel improvements, but you do not know what to ask about first.
This six-page manga shows what starting that conversation actually looks like.

Manga I have produced

Manga I handled from planning through artwork to a finished volume.

Carrying Great Rice Into the Future

The man who staked his life on Aokura rice

The story of a farmer in Aokura, Sakae Village, Nagano, who staked his life on growing rice, brought together as a single manga. It carries the background of the region and the intent of the grower in a form people actually want to read.

Discoveries on the Streets of Okazaki!

A student fieldwork support diary

Fieldwork by students of the University of Human Environments in Okazaki, produced as a manga-style activity report. It keeps the feel of being there, which a written report struggles to convey.

Why I work this way

Why I support businesses this way

The reason is simple. What is really missing in most places is not a polished proposal deck. It is someone who can organise the problem and carry it forward into implementation.

01

What I kept seeing were businesses that stalled even with a sound proposal

Working across welfare, an IT company, e-commerce, content production and web marketing, I saw again and again that analysis decks and ideas alone move neither the numbers nor the operation.

02

So I stopped separating strategy from implementation

For SEO, structure and production. For landing pages, messaging and user flow. For social, post design and operation. For AI, the connection into real work. I look at all of it together — built on connection rather than division of labour.

03

Today I work as someone who puts AI into operations, not someone who merely uses it

Gems for drafting posts, NotebookLM, Claude Code integrations, automated reporting, multi-agent design, automated video production. All of it built into real work, to add speed and repeatability even outside the big cities.

A proposal alone
does not move a business

From a regional base, running acquisition support for several sites and AI implementation at once.

Not stopping at production only, ads only or AI only, but going as far as the business needs to move forward.

Which is why I can help even when the problem is not fully defined yet.

What you get from working with me

I turn what is in the founder's head into something you can delegate

Even when the requirements are vague, I break the work down, set the priorities, and make clear who owns what. It does not end as a sounding-board conversation; it ends in a form your team can act on.

I build repeatability in, so a regional business can still compete

Assuming you do not have a large team, I connect SEO, landing pages, social, reporting, publishing and documentation so the whole thing keeps turning. Effort that depends on one person becomes an operation you can sustain.

I take AI past the hype and into a form the team actually uses

Gems, NotebookLM, Claude Code, APIs, Remotion. I use whatever fits. But I never stop at "this looks useful" — I design exactly where it plugs into the real workflow.

I design to win a small field rather than follow the herd

Rather than doing a little of everything, I am good at finding a position that is hard to compare against and hard to copy. I narrow the battlefield so your strengths compound.

Anonymised examples

Work

Client names are withheld, but the work is real, organised by industry and sector.
Read it not as a list of capabilities, but as a measure of how far I go with a client.

Staffing / B2B lead generation

Brought a declining owned media site back into growth

Key result

Pageviews recovered 1.6x / leads up roughly 20% month over month

Starting from a drop in the numbers, I handled the analysis, the improvement proposals, keyword design and a rebuild of the production policy. Rather than stopping at recovery tactics, I stayed on until the team could keep the improvement cycle running in-house.

Manufacturing / new acquisition channel

Launched a new media site from zero and cut dependence on ads

Key result

Organic traffic roughly 10x in six months / leads up over 400% at peak

Strategy, analysis, improvement proposals and content production, all in one line. The approach lowered ad dependence while SEO built the foundation for a steady rise in inquiries.

Specialist construction / acquisition + comms

Service pages, SEO articles and a Gems setup for X, in one scope

Key result

Service page rebuild / article production / a system for generating X posts

For a highly technical construction and maintenance business, I supported service page improvements, SEO content production, and the persona design and Gems setup behind their X account. Acquisition and communications were handled as one thing, not two.

Regional business group / multi-site operations

Improved acquisition across retail, classroom and welfare sites in parallel

Key result

Multi-site support / Gems for drafting posts / a clear path for checking the numbers

For a locally rooted group of businesses, I covered acquisition support across several sites, content production, Google Business Profile posts, a Gems setup for drafting posts, and the routine for checking performance. Outside the major cities, very few people work across this much at once.

Regional business group / AI reporting

Automated the weekly analysis report and sped up routine review

Key result

Automated summaries of Google Analytics / weekly summaries generated as a system

I restructured multi-site performance review so it no longer relied on gut feel, going as far as weekly summary generation through a Claude Code MCP integration. That made it far easier to start the conversation about what to improve.

Facilities and maintenance / AI and DX

Connected Workspace Flows and Gems to invoicing and internal comms

Key result

Extracting data from PDFs / posting to Chat spaces / validating the Gems integration

I connected Google Workspace Flows with Gems to pull data out of invoice PDFs and push it into internal chat, validating and building the flow. Not stopping at trying AI out, but taking it into daily operations.

Own company / running an AI company

Designed a one-person company as an operating system of AI executives

Key result

Executive and department design under an AI CEO / decision logs / per-business folders

For my own AI company I built the operating base of a one-person business with an AI CEO and its own executives and departments. Instead of throwing ideas around, it is designed down to who decides, where it is recorded and how it gets executed.

Own R&D / automated social operations

Built a social monetisation system out of eight independent agents

Key result

Research / writing / quality check / publishing / measurement / analysis / monitoring, separated

Each agent hands off through JSON, so research, publishing, analysis and improvement can run independently. AI operations treated as a system rather than a one-off prompt.

Own R&D / AI video production

Moved an AI video workflow onto a Remotion-based editing foundation

Key result

40 scenes / full render of a video over 10 minutes / a shared editing base for humans and AI

Keeping VOICEVOX, image generation and cut generation in place, I moved the final assembly to Remotion. That covers the step that pulls AI-generated assets up to a quality you can actually ship.

What I can take on

Services and support that are hard to explain get organised with manga and diagrams, then turned into a path where people feel comfortable getting in touch.

What people ask about most

I want advice, but I cannot even organise what to ask for

That is a fine place to start. I break the problem down, set the priorities, and define how far this engagement should go.

Can help arrow_forward

SEO, landing pages and ads all worry me, and everything is half-finished

Rather than hunting for the right answer channel by channel, I start with the bottleneck that moves the numbers most right now.

Can help arrow_forward

We want to use AI, but it stays at "looks useful" and never reaches real work

I do not stop at introducing tools. I design exactly where it goes: drafting posts, organising documents, operating flows, automation.

Can help arrow_forward

When we ask a vendor, the conversation stops at production only, or ads only

Production if it is needed, improvement if it is needed, AI design if it is needed. All in the same conversation.

SEO / Web / AI

Profile

I put the weight on starting from "I do not know what to ask for", working out what the conversation is really about, and taking it to a form you can act on.

Name
Yuma Ichino
Base
Okazaki, Aichi, Japan / working nationwide
Focus
SEO, landing page improvement, web production, paid ads, AI adoption, workflow automation
Position
A hands-on practitioner of structure and systems who would rather lead a small field than follow a large one. Repeatability that holds up for a regional business matters most.
Background
After graduating from a welfare university, I worked in welfare and at an IT company before going independent. Since then I have worked across e-commerce, content production, web marketing and AI implementation.

So far I have worked across SEO consulting, owned media operations, CVR improvement proposals, PPC affiliate marketing, selling on note, AI-assisted web production for small businesses, AI workshops, physical product sales, Rakuten operations, Instagram operations and video planning — the whole area around acquisition and operations. In my writing I put weight on structure, systems and repeatability, working from two ideas: build things to the point where they can be delegated, and narrow down to a field you can win rather than queueing behind the crowd.
